Undo Share with "Nobody"?
If you're trying to un-share the folder, then right-click on it, pick Properties, Sharing, Advanced Sharing, and uncheck the box next to "Share this folder." Apply, and OK your way out. Now you can share it with whomever, if you want. If you're trying to get rid of the padlock, right-click on the folder, pick Properties, Security, and click Edit under the list of names. Click Add, type in users and click OK. OK your way out, and the padlock should be gone. SC Tom

Hello, I right clicked my user folder, and clicked share with "Nobody", now I have padlocks over my files. How can i undo this process? I have tried system restore and it did not work.

The padlock means that only admin accounts have access to your folders. You don't actually have a problem.
